PARTICIPANT OBJECTIVES
This program is designed to develop a process of understanding and identifying the debt and equity financing needs and objectives of sovereign, corporate and financial issuers
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Talk more comfortably about the range of financing opportunities and strategies.
- Identify opportunities and define an issuer’s financing needs, objectives, constraints, policies, and strategy.
- Understand the process of reviewing current market conditions in order to match the best financing solution(s) for an identified issuer problem.
- Monitor market and client developments in order to spot follow-on debt or equity financing opportunities
METHODOLOGY
Lectures, presentations, discussions, and case studies. Participants will be asked to identify potential financing opportunities in advance of attending the course with a view to making presentations and working with specialists during the session to develop a call plan.
